At Nuits Pourpres, all products are discreetly packaged. We ship your orders in standard boxes with a neutral sender address which does not contain the name "Nuits Pourpres" for more discretion. Also, your package won't contain any mention of the nature of the product inside.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the accessories, you can return it unopened within 14 days after the date of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories that have been opened.
If you notice upon receipt of your order that the package has been damaged, opened or missing items, take a picture of the packaging and send it to us by email. If you are at home at the time of delivery, write "Open/ Incomplete content" and refuse the package delivered by Chronopost.

Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
